  • Courtney and I began working together at somewhat of an early turning point in my career when I was placed into a role entailing managerial responsibility as a result of turnover on the team. In a very short period of time I was expected to transition from operating as my own unit to leading a team and supporting upper management at a very difficult time for the company. The coaching program helped me over the course of 1.5 years become a better leader and manager. It also gave me the confidence and ability to speak up for my team and fellow colleagues and provide strong feedback to upper management and my superiors. The strong emphasis on continuous 360-degree feedback is something that I strive to keep active in my career even today and is perhaps one of the most valuable qualities one can develop in the early years of their career.
