  • Courtney and I began working together at somewhat of an early turning point in my career when I was placed into a role entailing managerial responsibility as a result of turnover on the team. In a very short period of time I was expected to transition from operating as my own unit to leading a team and supporting upper management at a very difficult time for the company.
